Axierto is an early-stage (MVP) educational financial-clarity platform. It is NOT a bank, NOT a broker-dealer or regulated investment advisor, and it performs NO banking operations: it takes no deposits, issues no cards, and neither transfers nor holds money.

Features shown as “Coming soon” (cards, transfers, savings account, among others) are a product vision: they are not operational and their launch is subject to regulatory authorization.

FiA is an educational tool powered by artificial intelligence. Its answers are generated from the information you provide and are for informational and educational purposes only.

FiA does NOT provide regulated financial, legal or tax advice; it does NOT guarantee returns; it does NOT recommend specific financial products. Like any AI, it can make mistakes: verify information before acting on it and consult a certified professional when your case requires it.

What we store: your account data (name and email), the financial diagnosis you self-report, the transactions, goals and reminders you register, and your conversations with FiA.

Where it lives: your information is stored in Supabase (Postgres database) with per-user isolation (Row Level Security): each account can only access its own data. We use product analytics (PostHog) and error monitoring (Sentry) to improve the service.

What we NEVER do: we never ask for banking passwords or card details, we do not connect to your bank, and we do not sell your personal data.

You can request deletion of your account and data by writing to our contact email.

The service is provided “as is”, for educational and product-validation purposes. During the MVP stage we may modify, add or remove features without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that make abusive or fraudulent use of the platform.
